As a qualified Humanistic Counselling Supervisor, I bring a humanistic and relational approach to support and challenge you in developing your practice. With over 10 years of experience as a counsellor, including working with trauma, stress, anxiety, and illness, I am confident in my ability to help you navigate any issues your clients may present. My approach is based on the Seven-Eyed Model working alongside Stoltenberg & Delworth's Developmental Model, which I have researched and found to be the perfect fit for my style.
